The Kawayan Way

About Us

Our mission is to ethically guide clients through an enjoyable and sustainable fitness solution through an experience that nurtures all members of the studio both in functional and personal growth.

Studio Design

Kawayan Strength aims to serve as a nurturing space to inspire growth for both the clients and the instructors in the most beautifully designed training space in Tampa. With a vision of stunning finishing touches, the facility’s aesthetic is made possible by long-time clients of Kawayan Strength, Bowen Arnold, John Schilling, and Kevin Gardner of DDA Development.

The project displays an inviting lounge, sophisticated colors, and features exquisite work by Tampa’s own Ron Francis. Upon entering the lounge, clients are met with a tribute to Project GOAT, a community foundation comprised of athletes and artists, whose purpose is to spread awareness to fight and prevent human trafficking & sexual exploitation of children. It aims to provide funding for organizations dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating victims of human trafficking. Project GOAT was launched leading up to Super Bowl 55 in Tampa, with 55 GOATs created by artists around Tampa Bay. The one displayed in the entry lounge was created by Ron Francis, whose other work is on display throughout the studio. From the moment you walk in the doors, you can see that Kawayan Strength is a unique place, where the details are met throughout the amenities in both presentation and exceptional service. We cannot wait to welcome you to our home for meaningful interaction and purposeful movement.
