If you must cancel, please do so using your login via the site, app, or widget. Cancellations received via phone call, text, or email will not be accepted. There is a strict 12 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 12 hours will result in a loss of the session where a portion of these proceeds will be donated to Project GOAT.
