We are a private-focused studio. While we do offer small group classes, we encourage private training to achieve understanding and optimal change. In order to set you up for success, we do require 4 private sessions before participating in our private group classes.
The private sessions are your time to work on new concepts and exercises, refine those already in your practice, explore new equipment, or focus on a specific theme such as endurance, a particular body part, muscular growth, or stability. These appointments are also available on Saturdays. Please note Instructors rotate our Saturday shift. You can see which instructor is available on Saturdays when you book an appointment. Enjoy a session with some extra company. In these 50 minute sessions you can train with a partner on either pilates equipment or in our strength training area. In order to book this session, you and your partner must each purchase a duet package and both must book the same time slot on the schedule. You will be paired together upon booking.
Before booking this type of session, we do require completion of 4 private sessions to prepare you for the best experience in these group classes. Pilates apparatus groups can range from 3 to 4 participants depending on the class format. This exclusive offering allows instructors to correct form and participants to save on their investment on a full session.
