PILATES NOIR (Open to current and New Clients)
Tuesday 10/29 6pm-7pm
A mysterious October evening at Kawayan Strength, Wind down from the week and settle in the mystery of movement and flow. We will explore the depths of our bodies, discovering hidden strengths and untapped potential. Join us for a reformer or mat workout in a fitting theme for the season. Come in your dark athletic wear, ready to move. Book this as a date night, a girls night out, or a self-care moment in the most magical place. 2 Formats will be offered for this event. 4 spots available on the Reformer and 8 spots available for a Kawayan Signature mat class.
DESK DECOMPRESSION
Thursday 11/7 6pm-7pm (all levels)
Designed for the Student or Working Professional, this 1-Hour class targets common aches and pains associated with long hours at a computer, participants will be guided through easy-to-follow exercises to alleviate tension in the neck, shoulders, wrists, hips, and low back. No prior Pilates experience is required.
REFORMER RISE
Saturday 11/16 10am-12pm (Intermediate to advance, must have reformer experience)
This 2-Hour intensive class combines the grace of Pilates with the power of strength training. Participants will progressively increase the intensity of their workout, using the reformer to build strength and flexibility while incorporating dumbbells for added resistance. The class will culminate in a movement meditation to enhance posture and dynamic alignment.
FRIDAY FLOW: MINDFUL PILATES
Friday 12/6 5pm-6pm (all levels)
This 1-Hour class offers a serene escape from the week's hustle and bustle. Experience the ultimate Pilates flow in our studio, designed to promote re-centering, self care, and mental clarity. This class is open to all levels and focuses on a mindful approach to movement.
